Following years of recruiting in London, I moved to San Francisco in 2015. I quickly noticed a shift in the technology landscape and a gap in the market. That gap was the Cloud domain, specifically; DevOps, SRE, Platform Engineering and DevSecOps.
I founded Harrison Clarke in January 2017 with the vision to build the only Cloud recruiting firm across the United States. We did exactly that and found an opportunity to expand into a second domain of expertise: Data & AI in 2021. In January 2022, we launched our corporate venture capital arm of the business, Harrison Clarke Ventures.
Our promise to the market is to provide excellent customer service, excellent quality and attention to detail, and, finally, unconditional care and attention to each one of our clients, candidates, and everyone that works at Harrison Clarke, today and for years to come.

Prior to joining HC I have had a 19 year agency career working with some of the world’s best known STEM firms delivering exceptional talent into organisations across the Globe. Part of this included a seven year stint living and working in Singapore where I supported global and start up firms hiring the best talent locally and internationally.
A well experienced networker and expert talent solutions provider, my experience working with firms across the USA, UK and SE Asia position me well to help HC on our growth journey.

Combining this with my 6 years of recruitment experience both in a large corporate setting and a small startup, I joined Harrison Clarke to push my learning and development to the next level as well as share my skillset and knowledge with the company to elevate us to new heights.
Now with Harrison Clarke, my mission statement is to extend the already outstanding industry reputation of the business into a contract offering within our core domains of focus.
